neighbors first.

Annual Assesment
The annual homeowner's assessment ($125.00) should be mailed to the postal address
below. The assessment is due by June 1st each year. Please include the address of
the property for which you are paying. The covenants allow for charging interest
for assesments thirty days past due, and for filling liens (amount to include assesment,
interest, and legal fees) for assesment ninty days past due.
